Lisa in her soft-spoken caring manner enables patients to achieve and maintain optimal health. She immerses you, both body and mind, in each treatment session creating a personalized approach to your health based on your unique clinical presentations. Lisa allows the body and needles to speak for itself inviting her patients into the treatment process and engaging them on their pathway to restoring connection and harmonious balance to body and mind. She uses TCM, five element theory, and some Japanese acupuncture systems to treat the body. Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Eastern dietic therapy, massage techniques such as Tui Na, and the emotional and psycho-spiritual wisdom of the Five Elements have been used for thousands of years to bring relief from pain and suffering and to promote optimal wellness and life-long support through the journey of life. From before birth, when Acupuncture and TCM can treat the pregnant mother throughout the many stages of life: infancy, childhood, puberty, adulthood and into our mature years, Acupuncture and TCM can effectively, safely and holistically support everyone’s unique challenges and healing opportunities.

“After 3 unsuccessful IUI treatments, 3 successive months of taking Clomid and the disappointment of the IUIs, my doctor suggested I pursue acupuncture concurrently with the IVF cycle. While I was both hopeful and skeptical, my acupuncturist, Lisa, thoughtfully and patiently worked with me week over week. There are a lot of negative symptoms that acupuncture helped me throughout this process (exhaustion, constipation, water weight gain, et. al) but the most prevailing are the mood swings and negative thinking. Lisa continued to be a positive voice of reason throughout our sessions. I really feel that our acupuncture treatments saved me and led me to a positive result. When I found out I was pregnant, Lisa was one of the first people I notified! I’m very grateful to her for all her hard work”

“I highly recommend Lisa as an acupuncturist. She is dedicated to her craft and you feel results right away. I came to her unable to walk straight, limping and in pain, with a problem of my hips and lower back. In just two sessions, I was able to move without pain.”

“I first came to see Lisa to address the colds my five-year-old and two-year-old sons frequently acquired. She helped resolve the colds, for which my family is grateful. My youngest son also fell down quite a bit in his attempts to start walking. Lisa helped out with after concussion vomiting and unsteady walking. I would recommend her to another family in need of care for their children.”

Having watched Lisa, through acupuncture, be able to bring relief to many of my wife’s aches and pains when all other approaches seemed to provide little relief has been a blessing. With a recent round of back to back colds and having reached the point of being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I ventured my 1st acupuncture not knowing what relief might come. Just a few minutes of treatment brought welcome improvement of being able to breathe freely and lifted energy levels. In watching Lisa at work it is visible to me that for her acupuncture is an admixture of life’s passion and compassion for providing relief for the suffering of others.”
